WHAT WE DO
Get What You Need When You Need It
Early stage companies require coordination of numerous functions to launch and scale. Finding the right resource can be time-consuming and complex. We’ve built the
Venture Workbench™️ so that you have access to any and all of your building needs including operations, sales, marketing, design, financial planning, legal, talent/recruitment, and PR, in addition to matching requests for industry specific advisors and interim executive support. Leveraging a deep workbench of trusted industry specialists, we work with you to map out and handle any or all of these critical components. With a proven track record of launching companies, investing in businesses, and running venture studios, we bring experience and networks to the table. Our execution runs across industries with established Venture Workbench™️ partners and operators in fintech, edtech, B2B SaaS, Consumer & CPG, and health & wellness. When you say, "I need someone who..." - think of us.
UNIQUE EXIT OPPORTUNITIES
We work with founders considering unique exit opportunities, including acquisitions, mergers, or other strategic transactions. Acting as a hands-on operating partner, we focus on enhancing your company's value ahead of a sale by identifying and building strategic assets - whether it's new customers, forming key partnerships or optimizing operations. Our role is to help you navigate the complex decision-making process by assessing the potential benefits and challenges of an exit, as well as identifying the right time and strategies to maximize value. We focus on helping founders create a flexible roadmap that aligns with their goals and adapts to ever-changing market conditions.
Invention Begins Where Curiousity Leads
We're focused on uncovering white spaces—areas of opportunity where cultural shifts and market needs intersect but solutions remain underdeveloped. We are currently in the exploration phase in three separate areas. 1.) Capital intensive business needs vs. capital light businesses that can scale and exit at smaller multiples in a reduced time frame, especially when paired with specific formulas for distribution partnerships to accelerate revenue. 2.) Challenges female founders face with data showing that companies backed by female-focused funds are less likely to raise subsequent rounds of capital. 3.) Pop culture doesn't just reflect trends, it actively shapes new behaviors, preferences and markets, leading to the creation of entirely new business categories. We call it the cultural compass. What starts out as an overlooked niche interest is then catapulted into the mainstream, creating opportunities for companies to dominate new categories. We're interested in these opportunities at the intersection with business culture.
